"Trust pilot 'I contacted Spectrum Insurance Services' to report engine management light on my car and failure of rear lights' I was advised they did not have any means to inspect the car therefore I should get this resolved privately and if its covered under warranty I will be refunded'. After almost 2 months when I finally managed to get the car fixed by Audi costing me £519 Spectrum refusing refund and offering only £183. They are contradicting themselves. First they said they didn't have a chance to inspect the vehicle then they said I should've get the car stripped and then contacted them to inspect? This is really a joke! As a customer how would I know their processes and neither I own a garage to strip the car for them to inspect?"
