"Saw Nicola Powell for an issue with my back. I had been to other physios while travelling abroad thinking it would be cheaper but they were no good; stretching me and giving me massages but not actually dealing with the issue. Nicola understood the problem well and everything she said about the issue I could relate to. She gave me some body movements to perform and was able to point out bad habits that I had that were leading to/causing the problem while reassuring me that it will get better. She gave me some corrective exercises, stretches and other pieces of advice. Would definitely recommend."
