"Look beyond the older reviews as this is no longer a professional broker but manned by call staff. I have had 2 incidents in a multi car policy that I had to manage to get paid out. The responses by Novo staff is fully visible on emails and to me is nigh on illegal and would not expect from a back street outfit let alone an entity that tries to portray itself as being exemplary."
