"Unfortunately I couldn’t use Pinkwell service. I was stopped by one of the member and asked to leave pram outside(?). What a ridiculous question a specially that could start raining at any time and place wasn’t secured enough (close to the street and open gate). Don’t understand why I couldn’t take pram inside with me but if you have strange rules like this- advise people over a phone while making appointment! I could come with someone else or leave pram at home! Very disappointed!"
"I actually transferred hospitals because the borough of Hillingdons healthcare is a joke. I unfortunately got referred back to the midwives in the borough after I gave birth Rubbish, horrible and robotic midwives. Gave birth and the head of midwives who was arranging my appointment was not empathetic that I have given birth and still in pain. Forcing me to attend the centre to see the midwife when I was telling her that I couldn’t. She was busy arguing with me on the phone telling my that I should get a taxi or get someone to drop me off because they are short of staff. Disgusting. The midwives that then came to my house were also robotic. One even told me to text her when I get my baby weighed so she can include it in her notes. Lazy"
