She first asked me what it is that I’m wanting as a result from this procedure and then explained what you could expect and might not expect. It allowed me to make a firm decision and my firm decision being that I still want to go ahead with the procedure however, there is a few things I’d want to try first. I experienced a warm welcome in a comfortable environment, and a lovely latte. I was asked to complete a few forms while I waited to be called through. During the consultation I had the opportunity to ask lots of questions which were answered. Personally, I wanted to speak to a doctor and discuss my options so I have scheduled another consultation which did cost £150 - hopefully I’ll be able to agree and start some treatment next time.
