"I have always had positive experiences with this surgery, I have been with this practice my whole life - 35 years!! The receptionists are always extremely polite and helpful to me, Lucy especially is always so helpful and happy when answering the phone and nothing is too much trouble!! I moved further away from this surgery slightly but cannot bear to leave so I will travel just to make sure I can stay with the amazing staff."

"This used to be a brilliant surgery and easy to get an appointment. Now you have to wait days to get a telephone appointment even for conditions where a physical examination is needed. GPS who are in the surgery are making patients go to urgent care when they could and should see them themselves rather than overburden urgent care."

"Weird and Rude doctors surgery ever. Staff makes you feel very uncomfortable. Ask them questions , then they give you snotty answers, seems like they cant be bothered to work in the surgery, I wouldn't either tbh! One staff tells you one thing and the other staff tells you something completely different. Go to the doctor with an health issue, then they want to describe you antidepressants for aches and pains! Even though I am not depressed. Doctor google symptoms, not great at all! Would not recommend. Rather suffer then go and see theses doctors"

"I wish I got the name of the lady who done my blood tests for me! She was so lovely and after telling her I was nervous (after a previous bad experience ) she reassured me and done everything she could to make me comfortable! Overall all the staff are so helpful and very welcoming!"

"I took my elderly mother to the doctor today. She had to sit in the upstairs waiting room for about 15mins along with several other old or vulnerable people. The big bay window was only partially covered by a very old, battered blind and there was no fan! The room was absolutely sweltering. Quite rightly the doctors surgery had air con and we’re doing a great job - and the reception had fans, but no one seemed bothered that neither waiting rooms for the patients were unbearably hot. Whilst the NHS gives out advice on how to stay cool especially for vulnerable people, this GP surgery completely ignores its own health warning and puts its own patients in danger"
