"!005 hours and just off the phone to doctors after receiving text to make appointment to see a doctor regarding recent hip X-ray. Couple of minutes delay due to calls ahead of me. Receptionist extremely post, friendly and helpful and even re-arranged a previous appointment so that I could see doctor and nurse on the same morning within 1/2 hour of each other, thus saving me from having to attend on two different days. Excellent and thank you."
