"The centres booking system is totally inefficient - its not fit for purpose and causes more pressure on Urgent care. I had a non-urgent wrist injury that i needed to get checked out. It wasn't worthy of A&E but Ive been trying to get through to get an appointment for the past two weeks without success, i keep getting a dead dial tone and my wrist getting progressively worse.. I have no other option but to visit A&E. I cant even get through to speak to someone to book an appointment in advance. I dread to think what I would do with a matter that was anymore concerning.."

"I went to the clinic with my mum. The receptionist was rude and impolite to the seniors. My mum has tried many times to make a reservation but never success. She was so unwell,but the receptionist didn't show any empathy and when we talked to her, she keeps roll her eyes. What a terrible experience. In the end, she just asked us to book online and didn't try to give us any help. Staff who are working in social service but without empathy, not recommend. Poor service."

"Very concerning how they run their practice. Extremely difficult to even get an appointment first off. The staff don’t care to help you and always refer you to the app. You go to the app and almost every time there are no appointments available. You call and you wait over an hour just to speak to a receptionist who then tells you to go to the app. So frustrating. They neglected my dads medical condition which has caused his condition getting worse when he required urgent attention. He kept getting referred from one person to another and back again. No one cares. I am appalled. The doctors do not care, this is just a job they get paid for but don’t actually care for the patients. It’s been 7 weeks and my dad has had no treatment. Very concerned."

"The worst GP system in place! They won't accept any calls their lines are always busy and when you get through to them they don't help! they say to fill online form through patches. Go online to request an appointment or call but the patch system is always unavailable I have been trying to get through to them from the past 2 weeks just for an appointment and every day it's the same issue. The doctors are just getting paid unnecessary, they are never available for patients. I have had my x-ray done in October and still no result! Can't get through to a doctor! Can't get a phone call! Can't get a face to face appointment! Can't get help from Reception!!!! You guys might aswell close down the GPs."

"GPS are brilliant. They are caring and straightforward. Felt supported. As long you're able to articulate you're health needs and know when you need a gp or urgent care or A&E the system works. And you have to learn the booking online system and keep asking the receptionist who are ready to update you and assist. On how to access the website."
