"The receptionist I dealt with was really lovely & dealt with our booking efficiently. When we went for the blood test for my daughter, some of the people were swearing & threatening. The lady remained very calm & treated us all the same...extremely politely. I think the receptionist needs a security guard after what I have experienced."
"When i called to book a blood test, the receptionist was very rude and did not let me finish speaking when i was trying to find out from my non-English speaking parents whether it was fasting or non-fasting and they asked me to hang up the phone instead.
