"I have to say that Molebridge has improved 100%. It did go slightly downhill for a short time but the receptionists have a much better attitude than over the previous few years and from a personal perspective, I think they are all doing a magnificent job under the circumstances. Those who criticise should maybe work there for a day or 2 and experience the huge pressure that these surgeries are under."
"Receptionist's act like they are the doctors bodyguards! You have to be dying to get to see the doctor and have to discuss everything including personal business with them first so they then decide if you can see a doctor! I don't want my personal issues discussed through out the waiting room before I get to see doctor! And they constantly complain they are understaffed and don't have time to do anything like print out letters etc took 3 weeks to get a letter for my benefits as doctors don't ring back when they say they will either I lost my benefits for 2 weeks as they wouldn't print my letter in time disgusting service and so rude if you dare to complain or ask to actually discuss my ailments with an actual doctor and not an unqualified receptionist! It's not my fault they are understaffed and stressed out! Why are they always middle-aged or older women that look like they are being forced to work there and are hating every minute they are in there!"
