"Very poor service. I had a routine test booked for Monday. I appreciate that it's a bank holiday and I have no problem with rescheduling. However, when I called to reschedule, I was told that the clinic was mysteriously shutting for over a week but they didn't know why. I can't wait for a week and I see no reason why a single bank holiday would force the closure for over a full week. Quite poor really, especially considering that they are doctors!"
