"Our experience might have been bad because we had a group on deal. We bought 6 sessions for a large area (and face was listed as an example of a large area). When we got to the salon the lady said that face did not actually mean your face and that we had to choose sideburns, or upper lip or chin, as they are all separate areas. Effectively, she was saying that we could do 6 sessions on one of those areas and, although the deal said face, it did not actually mean the face. She said face means sideburns, jawline and upper lip; chin and cheeks are separate. Each of those would be an additional amount. Which means that if you actually wanted your whole face done, because you bought a deal that said 'face', you would need to spend more for each part of your face that this lady believes is not actually your face... On our second visit, we somehow managed to negotiate to do more than one area of the face in the session, basically consolidating sessions. We've now used up all 6 sessions in 3 visits and we're actually really happy that we don't have to go back and deal with this woman. She doesn't listen to anything and keeps talking over you. Even during our final visit, my daughter was telling her how far to go on her sideburns and she kept telling her that she had shaved too high and it doesn't look right. Even when my daughter repeated what she wanted she got talked over again. Normally, I would want to tell the business what I want and give them a chance to rectify things. With these guys, we were just glad to leave and don't ever want to go back. I wish I could give -5 stars."
