"Usually enjoy the food from here everytime we order. Last time we went in store they hadn't given us complete order although they were adamant they had. This time we rang up for delivery at 8.30, asked for price and eta, was told price and said bout half hour, okay great..... an hour later, we rang up to chase the order to be told the driver is on the way and will be with us in 5 min. 20 min later, another phone call to chase up order, to be told that they are now closed and they never received any order from us. After explaining when and what we ordered, the lady said give me 2 minutes and i will call you back. 10 min later, we called again to them basically saying that we are not getting our order, and put the phone down!"
