"Disgusting! Health and safety hazard! Myself and a friend purchased two hot drinks to enjoy whilst at the cinema, well what a waste of time and money that was. I took one sip and knew something wasn’t right, I took the lid off to find what I can only describe as putrid vomit. It tasted foul, like sour gone off cheese! Whatever was in the drink had gone off and had curdled completely, I did consume some unfortunately and now feel very ill! The other drink we had was room temperature at best and the donut felt as though it had been cooked a week ago with zero flavour. I would have taken the drink back for a refund, but I’d already sat down to watch the film. Really appalled by the service and product quality at this Tim Hortons location. I won’t be returning and I will be contacting customer complaints for a full refund."
"I ordered a breakfast wrap from here, as part of a meal deal. So a drink, hash brown and breakfast wrap for £3.50 not bad. There was a bit of await for my food, but it is made to order. My tea arrived with no milk or sugar, which I had asked for. Not the end of the world, I went to counter and the women gave me some. A couple on the table next to me ordered pancakes and bacon. There's came with no bacon. I wouldn't risk going through the drive through, I can't see them getting the order 100% right. My breakfast was nice though, and the restaurant's new and clean."
"Paid £20 for two meals, waited 15 minutes for them and they were stone cold. Took them back and the guy didn’t even talk to me, just took the food, threw it away and started remaking it. Got a free hash brown (Whoopie!) and no apology. Food was freezing cold the second time! Also portion sizes are pathetic for the price. Seems as though there are 100 staff but not one knows what they are doing. Get the 1 star because while the food was disgusting, the drinks were nice. Awful. I’m very disappointed since I really hoped this would be a good restaurant. My advice is save your money, time and taste buds - go to McDonalds next door."
"Went through the drive thru for the first time, took about 40 minutes in the queue until I received my food, with about 12 - 15 cars in front. Can’t complain too much at £2.99 for the breakfast meal, hash brown was tasty but gets stuck to the wrapper, pancakes weren’t great and literally got scraps of bacon, muffin was nice, French vanilla latte was delicious. Would go back but don’t expect much."
