They were very quick and efficient when they were signing me up and getting money off me but when it was obvious they couldn't deliver the service I was paying for, I cant seem to get a hold of anyone. I've been trying to get hold of the broker who sold me the policy and said he would be my broker for the duration of the policy but for the last 2 weeks he has either been waiting on a call back from Exeter or he is in a meeting or about to go into a meeting (or so I've been told by his collegues who tried putting through my call) Waiting for a reply from the complaints team was at first "within 48 hours" but when I rang back 96 hours later, I was told it takes them 5 working days to get back to me?! I have had nothing but stress since signing up with them. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM."
