"Visited Radiology twice, the first time for an Ultrasound, super informative and checked so many organs and explained what he was doing. Second visit was for a CT scan with contrast. Really organised on both occasions and kept to time. Very clean and lovely staff."

"I called the walk-in centre night before and spoke to a lovely lady called Kam. She explained the system and suggested I arrived before they opened so I didn’t have to wait very long. I did just that being reassured. Kam remembered me today and had my details ready. Only waited 10 minutes and seen promptly and efficiently by lovely nurse practitioner. I should have gone when I hurt my finger 3-4 weeks ago as it was too late. But at least I know and couldn’t have had a better experience. So don’t delay like I did and phone if concerned. Thank you for your help."

"For 2 days I called 3 times a day to schedule unanswered blood tests. today I went personally and without a solution. Given that I have a severe health problem that is exacerbated by the NHS, they told me carelessly that I had to insist on calling the appointment, but they didn't care to answer the phone. and it takes me hours to get to the hospital because I miss the buses and etc. problems created by that cyst on my brain!"
