"Won't use J&M again, ever. Didn't help disabled passenger upon pick up, passenger struggled to fold walker down and place in the boot, then struggled to get in the vehicle. Not one attempt was made to assist. Rang to complain, made several excuses up all at once. Never heard such ridiculous excuses, funny that they helped at the destination but couldn't help upon pick up. Absolutely disgusting if you ask me, rather discriminating, just because they 'couldn't be bothered' to get out of the vehicle as he didn't feel safe? Then he didn't want the car being stolen, most people take the key out of their engine. Baffles me that he helped at the destination but not on pick up. Nothing that was said makes sense what so ever. Further complaints will be made about this company and driver."
"Fab service. Came to the rescue after our car broke down at Cortonwood with 2 children. Arrived really quickly and the driver helped calm my 2 panicked girls down and got us home"
