"Had the most awful experience with this cab firm today. I left my phone in the back of the car, phoned to let them know and ask if someone could drop it off Nottingham for me. A driver came out, I said to him that I would call the office within 30 mins to pay, because I didn't have my wallet. This woman rang me saying I had ran off without paying, she was going to the police, was extremely rude and threatening. Worse case of customer service I think I ever experienced. AVOID this cab firm at all costs."
