"We booked a taxi for quarter to 1 this morning, they were 15 mins late, then decided to ring me but were parked in the wrong place. I directed them to the right place then 5 mins later they cancelled the booking! We were in bawtry and couldn’t get a taxi from anywhere else so was stranded! Totally unacceptable. There was no number to call the driver back and when I did locate one it was an automated service that said they were full and it went dead. Luckily some friends were getting a taxi after us so we managed to get in there’s (however they also had the same issue and had to walk some distance to locate there taxi) then had to try and get a taxi from there house! Will not be using again! The app is good but ridiculous that you can’t talk or contact anyone!!!!!!!!"

"We had a very courteous driver named Khadir on 14th Oct 2022 who helped us with our luggage and was very friendly. After arriving home my husband couldn’t find his wallet and rang Drive who told us the driver had reported finding the wallet in his car and would return it to us. Not long afterwards Khadir turned up with the intact wallet and saved us a lot of hassle. What a great young man! Thank you Khadir."

"Utterly disgusting service start to finish, phoned up for a quote for a minibus for 5 people plus suit cases which came to £23.50. Driver arrived in a car that could only just fit 5 people with no suitcases (luckily a friend took half of us down). The driver on the way down almost crashed twice and blamed it on other drivers. Upon arriving at the train station he charged up £32. When I phoned up drive the basically said that because the £23.50 was only a quote it had gone up in 2 weeks and that they had no knowledge of us needing suitcases. At this point I put the phone down as the conversation was obviously going no where."

"Called Drive in a panic as the original firm didn't show despite claiming they had done. Drive dealt quickly and efficiently, the cab showed as promised and I had the option to pay by card. A really good experience, kudos to Drive!"
