"Definitely hit and miss with this service. Great for being 24 hours but their reputation is so bad they don't even try to care. Woman just put phone down on me after saying they are fully booked when I tried to get a taxi. I wish I knew a taxi service in Mansfield where drivers want to work!"

"Driver was on time, very friendly and polite and offered to help with my shopping, definitely would recommend to others. Also the cost of the fair was very reasonable. The ladies in the office taking the booking also very helpful when taking the booking. Wouldn't use any other taxi service in my area."

"Called whilst on the train from notts to Mansfield for a taxi journey home from the station which is around 2 miles. Couldn't really hear the girl on the despatcher as the train was noisy, coupled with the train driver announcing the next station as I called. Was met with a very short and sharp young girl on the phone who really could do with a personality transplant or a lesson in customer service. Didn't end up booking the taxi in the end with the way the girl spoke to me on the phone, and also finished the call with "Enjoy your walk home" doesn't really say much for customer service if I'm honest. Used another taxi firm who were at the station for a cheaper price, Absolute shower these guys, Avoid"

"Worst taxi company going!!!! Booked a taxi for 3:45 to the train station (10 minute drive MAX) to catch a train at 4:12. Booked the taxi at midday, plenty of time for them to organise the cab. The taxi didn’t show up until 4:08, after calling the firm over and over and being completely fobbed off by the rudest woman I have ever encountered. When we called up again to let them know that they have wasted my train fare due to their incompetence I was met by arguments and lies, being told we didn’t book the taxi with enough time which was utter bull. She then refused to let us speak to a manager claiming she was one, if she was a manager she’d have at least an ounce of customer service!! Going to tell everyone I can to stay well clear of this horrible horrible firm."
