"I ordered a bed and mattress online. The delivery time was delayed due to the vehicle breakdown which I understood. However, when the items arrived there was a wooden peg missing, 3 small screws and a half moon washer( vital to the assembly of the bed). I left a message with Dunelm and no response and spent hours cycling round my town looking for the washer . I could not get one. Very disappointing . I will not be using Dunelm again!!"

"Great customer service, great products, superb value. by far the easiest shop to buy everything i need for my new hosue from both via delivery, online click and collect or in store. easy to proicess returns or exchanges and never had a problem. have spent thousands of £ over the years with doing up 3 houses. Just wish there was a store in Thirsk!"

"Always love Dunelm for friendly staff and lovely things but this time i'm disappointed because i asked about a mattress protector and if it was with elastic/ fitted because it never said and she told me i couldnt take it back once opened and it wasn't what i wanted so she didn't know what she was taking about i now have a mattress protector i don't want .Staff need to know their stuff before selling things we can't take back. The cafe is lovely and staff. The toilets are disgusting and old and the drains really need to be sorted because it smells so bad."
