"Booked a taxi in advance, got told it was on its way. I called to check where it was because it was 10 minutes late and the driver decided he didn’t want to make the journey so I am now left with no way to work. Absolutely disgraceful and will not be using this service again."

No apology given or even acknowledged. The woman on the phone charged more than what the taxi driver said with no explanation and refused to acknowledge the fact the taxi was late. Won’t be using this service again!"
