"Do not deal with this company. The 2 directors are currently being investigated by a major bank for fraud and the case has now been handed over to the police. Response: Thank you for your telephone call but no need to be so rude. It would have been more productive if you had been able to talk rather than shout as well as given me the information and proof of the attempted delivery. Please provide the evidence of telephone calls, the the name of the courier company you claim to have used as well as photos of the attempted delivery. This problem is easily resolved, you have been paid but I still need the goods that I have paid for."
