"They have breached data protection multiple times and like to put others lifes on hold because they think there job is to hard! When they dont meet deadlines I kid you not their excuse is its to hard to do within that time after having months to send 1 email. An email they had already sent to the wrong person, all they had to do was press forward but it was to hard for them. They lost documents, extremely important documents, they blamed it on the person employing them to only find out they had left unsecured in a reception draw for 3 month, which is a breach of data protection. When it has come to completion day of buying a house they have stopped replying to other solicitors they should he working alongside with. They are lucky I have to give them 1 star becuase they definitely dont deserve it."
