"We initially went to Clive Watkin (Little Sutton) after a previous estate agent sadly didn’t provide an appropriate level of service and failed to secure us a buyer after a lengthy period of time. Within a week of the Little Sutton office advertising our house, we had a very healthy number of viewings (all with feedback unlike the last agent) and had accepted an offer well above our asking price.
