"Absolutely staggered at the dishonest practice of this agency. We rented a home for a year, it was very grubby at move in, carpets and decor were shabby too. A previous tenant called by to see if we had any mail an informed us of the shoddy way he was treated when trying to get his deposit back. Claiming hundreds of pounds for paint damage "repair" on the walls, he pointed out to us. It had not been repaired either and was only a lick of paint. So we were bracing ourselves when we handed back the keys. It was cleaned and steam cleaned to pristine condition however we were presented with the same hundreds of pounds bill this time for 'cleaning' 5 weeks after we handed our keys back. We had previously discussed our concerns and awareness of this practice of false claims on security deposit with our agent and assured this was nothing to be concerned about when he came for a pre termination tour, he commented that the home was in exceptional condition. Would not recommend this company as a rental agent, they are full of BS and out to con you for every penny they can, TOTALLY UNSCRUPULOUS."
