"Really great clean apartment on the 2nd floor, 24hr car park directly opposite. Door codes sent in advance. Two really comfy beds and sofa. Everything you need for a 1 night city break. Really close to walk into the city. Didn’t hear any noise from the pub downstairs. Would recommend"

"I am currently staying in your book a base in Chester. The conditions are disgusting. There is a huge clump of hair in the sink. There is no remote for the television. The curtains touching the floor are dirty and are an extreme trip hazard. The walls are all marked in the bathroom with splash marks. The headboard of the bed is stained and filthy. The bed sheets are covered in dirt and stains. I haven’t been brave enough to even look into the kettle because of the provided cleaning cloth being so dirty and old. Due to having a very close relative being in the hotel inspecting business, I am very knowledgeable of the standards these appointments should live up to. We haven’t no bin and no bin bags so have no idea where we should put our rubbish. We have had to buy our own cups as the ones provided are disgusting. I expect a reply soon. Thank you"

"OK so wasn't expecting a large or very big room. However when I looked at the pics it seemed OK Upon arrival it appears the pictures are very misleading As a bloke that stands 6ft 8 and weighs around 24 stone I couldn't even fit in the room so had to sleep in my van maybe you should post pics that actually replect how small these apartments are. As there are compacts and there is a shoe box Was clean tho"

"Good clear communication on access to the property. Don't be put off by it saying it's over a pub, we heard no noise at all. Great location. 5 mins from station, 5 mins into Chester centre. We booked the small room, it's quite compact but ideal for a base to sleep, very clean with an ensuite and good radiator in the room. Bonus they even manage to fit a TV in!"

"Extremely close to everything in Chester. About a 5 min walk from town centre and a 5 min walk from train station. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Had my own bedroom and en-suite. Everything essential is provided, all of the tea and coffee facilities and loads of glasses, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Only thing is the room is so small, but it is cosy. It’s perfect if you’re staying on your own though! The bed was soooo comfy, great couple nights sleep. I couldn’t fault a single thing. The staff are nice and polite also!"
