"I had a great experience! Reece and Lyse at the front desk gave me a warm welcome. The room was extremely clean, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. I could easily stay for a month. The location is ideal. It is exactly in the heart of Liverpool."

"These apartments are stunning! The location itself is brilliant, just as you exit you are basically inside Liverpool One. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops right in front of you. The apartment itself was super clean and gorgeous. Spacious, comfortable, and very stylish. The shower had great pressure and temperature, and the kitchen had everything you'd need (all stocked up with coffees and teas also, a nice touch). I couldn't praise the bed more. It's possibly the comfiest bed I've ever used outside of my own home. I did mention this on my checkout to the lovely guy at reception (Reece, thanks for the great checkout experience and letting me chat about my love for the room!) Plus great views of Liverpool from the bedroom window to wake up to. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this place more. Just wish I'd stayed longer!"

"Really loved my stay at Cove Liverpool One, I didn’t want to leave - the bed is so comfy! Our check in process was seamless and we were able to leave our bags as we arrived earlier than our check in time. I had other friends checking in to separate rooms and I was able to leave that with Reece at reception who was really helpful! He helped track down a phone charger, was on hand the next morning when we needed extra tea and was able to give me a late checkout at late notice. Thanks Reece! ⭐️"
