"Lost 2 of my parcels,and can't talk face to face with a person. Terrible business stay well clear. Emailed the complaints department and they just pass you from pillar to post. Still not got my parcels after 2 weeks."
"This company has managed to be much worse than Hermes / EVRI . Made an order through VERY. They don’t notify you of any deliveries. Now they are telling me to pick up from their depot that’s a good 50 minute drive away. I’ve tried to reschedule for next day but there’s still not delivered. On calling them I’m told that yes it’s been rescheduled for the agreed date , but the depot just decided to leave my parcel. I need to go back to the depot again. This defeats the whole purpose of online shopping and it’s convenience. Worst service . Will avoid every company that uses them ."
"Absolutely poor delivery service!!! I have been home all day waiting for this delivery to check my tracking updates for it to tell me “ Sorry we missed you, We have left a calling card”!!! No driver has been to my house to deliver my parcel! Shocking I would never use this company again far to many problems! This has happened more than 1 time!!!"
"Terrable delivery service, guy didnt knock on door, rammed package in letter box, it didnt fit, he stood back to photo of it hanging out, then tried to hammer package though, we was in and everything caught on cctv. We opened door to enquire what he was doing his excuse was its my first day. He damaged door and letter box. Yodal will be responsible for repair or replacement of damage items legal action my be taken for criminal damage."
"Yodel tracking reports that their driver delivered my parcel by leaving it in a “safe place”. Actually, the driver left the parcel on a table in a public place, where the parcel could very easily have been stolen. Our reception was open and manned, but the driver didn’t bother to take it to the desk. Alternatively, the driver could have called me using my mobile number which was clearly printed on the label by the sender - and I would have come out to receive it. The driver didn’t do that either. Thankfully, the parcel wasn’t stolen and was found several hours later by our cleaner and then passed to me as I was going home. This was shockingly poor practice by the Yodel driver. When I tried to contact Yodel to ask a manager to speak to the driver concerned, their phone desk and webchat were both unmanned - despite being advertised as open until 10pm. Like the majority of other reviewers, I am reporting a critical opinion about Yodel’s delivery standards and their poor customer service. However, are they listening and reacting appropriately? Sadly, given that delivery problems are ongoing, that seems unlikely."
