"Great location and nice neighbours, but building management is unresponsive and there seems to be rainwater issues every year. As another reviewer mentioned, the small electric heaters are bad and expensive, the insulation is negligible- all heat is lost. Check the flat for mold or signs of mold related repairs. A dehumidifier will be needed."

"Only visit here because I know an occupant. Seems secure enough. The public areas are clean, the lifts have been working whenever I've visited. There's a nice little garden area. There is a car park, but it's not for visitors use, so many cars just park along the street - however, the road is quite wide so this doesn't create much disruption. The apartments are very close to Sefton Park, which makes for a nice walk (or jog if you're into that). Also not that far from Smithdown Road for shopping purposes and cafés and the likes. Overall, from my visits, I'd say it seems quite a nice enough place to live, if your needing an apartment."
