We had spent the previous couple of months visiting a number of other kitchen companies which had failed to meet our expectations, due to the lack of design idea being presented or the sales techniques being used. We therefore had no real expectations that the overall service we could expect to receive in Kutchenhaus Potters Bar would be any different. Therefore it was a really pleasant surprise that from our first visit we were treated with respect and listened to in a way that made us feel like we were the customer and we would determine what happened. Toma was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the whole process, always available to answer queries and change the design to meet our expectations. The result has been a kitchen installed which met all our expectations with minimal upheaval or stress. Toma came to our house to measure and design the new kitchen. Even when I change the design they we very accommodating. Then we got to the price, i had a budget, and it was well within my budget, and they even add a few appliances too. Am now installing the kitchen and it has been a breeze to do myself (with a little help from my friend).
