"Damp in property, reported on several occasions nothing has been done ! They advise once the work will go ahead we will be 3 days without a bathroom. Amazing! We live in one bed flat. They are going to do the bedroom, bathroom and hall way . Where we shall sleep nobody cares. But anyway nobody book the job so awaiting for an appointment and living in a damp property. This was reported year back . Last year in March - reported a roof leak and damp and strange smell in a communal entrance area - still not fixed . Paying communal garden charges - yet nobody was here and the weed overgrown so some parts around our flat is like a jungle ! But after 5 years I refused to do the weeding by myself and damage my back and pay expensive chemicals which doesnt work ! I pay they should provide the service which they are grabbing money for."

"Awful. Was left with no heating or hot water for 6 days with two young children. The women on the repair hot line were really rude and confrontational and not helpful at all. God help any elderly people who need their help. They don't stand a chance."

"I had to wait years for a light fitting to be fixed. I was still waiting as of 21.1 19 to fix a ensuite door lock. There quick at harrasting you over rent ect. But the moment you need help they turn there back on you. I needed help for years never ever got it. If you complain they cover it up"

"Write me a letter telling me I owe money so I call them like they ask. They tell me housing officer isn't available and will call back in 48hrs (this is a Thursday) So I decide to try next day and I get a recording saying there's a problem so no one can answer my call This office shuts at 1pm every day . They are very quick to complain but are slow to resolve the issue, I have lived at this address for 16 years been wanting to move for 14 yrs but they make excuse after excuse. I even had to help them evict drug dealers"

"Boiler broken on a sunday in the middle of winter. Absolutely freezing, no heat or hot water. Not going to bother sending out an engineer today because it's not an emergency apparently. It's an emergency for them if you're 1 second late in paying your rent but not if you're freezing all day and night."
