"Hoots were my landlords from 2019 up until the summer of this year and they were nothing but fantastic. Really nice people who provide a great space for students in Chester. I genuinely think my overall university experience would have been completely different (for the worse) if I didn’t have such considerate and understanding landlords. I had a great four years in Chester and for three of them hoots provided a place that I made some brilliant memories. If we ever had a problem they’d try to sort it to the best of their abilities and were willing for us to pop in and have a chat whenever we could. Would highly recommend for any student thinking of renting in Chester. :)"

"I signed a house with Hoots for two years during my degree, and i found the landlords incredibly friendly and accommodating (including placing seating and a barbecue free of charge in our outdoor area). They were very approachable regarding any maintenance issues - which were always sorted quickly - and they were very understanding throughout covid.
