"the buildings are riddled with fire safety problems and don't look like they will be fixed for years to come. still no decision from government on who pays for the work. anti social problems galore. theft from letter boxes and the main doors aren't secure. steer clear of that place!"
"My friend was walking home and he ended up being assaulted by the people living in this block of flats by them throwing unopened cans of beer from their balcony at him outside. This gentrified area seems to look down on people that come through it. The flats may look nice, but they have the same scummy people living in them just like everywhere else."
