"Incredibly poor service during my tenancy with getting meter readings - being given readings for incorrect flats. Additionally I have been trying to contact copper house for weeks to get my deposit back - yet all my emails have been ignored. I have spoken to Sue on the phone twice now who has said she will email me the form to get my deposit back, but also nothing. Incredibly poorly managed site"
"The rooftop terrace has a "closing time", it's as stupid as it sounds and is not clearly disclosed if it's even disclosed at all. As a night person, this is not just an extreme inconvenience but also just plain depressing considering it was the deciding factor I chose this apartment complex. Other areas such as the lounge and gym are great, it's so easy knowing I can head down and do my workouts really quick without needing to hassle myself with heading out to the gym, workout, come home and get changed then head out again. The lounge is warm, comfortable and cosy and the décor gives homey vibes. Maintenance is pretty good with on-day repairs and friendly staff, however a lot of issues the apartment came with that wasn't disclosed can't be resolved. However these issues are only minor. Staff in the offices are really humble and always treat you with respect, love them. Apartments designs here are modern and cosy. WiFi is more than good enough, residents here are also superb and friendly."
"So far so good. I moved from London and due to the management out there, my removal took waaay too long, but Chris kindly managed the key delivery for me even if it was really late, otherwise I would have had to sleep in a hotel. Also, people is really cheerful, not only the staff but other residents as well (sometimes they even say hello on the lifts, crazy huh?) Management is great, parcel delivery is completely automated, the building is great, the gym is not huge but greatly equipped, home position is great, both on the Merseyside and into the city center at the same time. Common areas are gorgeous and as clean as it gets. Don't sit on the sofas or you'll get sleepy in an instant. Of course I didn't use the rooftop yet, but it's gorgeous and will definitely use the bbq facilities this summer. The service to rent stuff is a GREAT idea, I used the printer a bunch of times without havig to buy one and I think it should be advertised more. Really really useful, even if drinks and snacks are a bit overpriced. Free internet is good performing, never had an issue and the router is installed in a smart position (inside a cupboard and almost as high as the roof, which means better signal around the house. Smart guys) The only tiiiiny observation is for the... Coffee machine! It's really rare to find it functioning (water/milk missing, no cups so if you don't have yours you can't use it, only standard coffee available etc..) Also, for a furnished apartment you could maybe add a bunch of amenities like a kettle and a toaster. Not a big deal but would have appreciated that. Generally talking, a HUGE step forward compared to my previous experience in London (it was a more luxurious complex, but they were a disaster)"
"Building is good location but the staff are terrible, Carmel Dunn never answers the phones, all she does is feeds the lies to sue and Chris for them to tell you, wanted to pay the remainding 9 months upfront but Carmel the power freak wanted it doing there and then doesn’t realise accounts teams may take upto 24 hours to compete, forced me to leave, won’t pay me my deposit back after agreeing to multiple times on emails. Great building, terrible staff, if grey star read this feel free to call me I can’t find your number anywhere"
"I am a resident here since Jun 2021, there was no issue or whatever so far. Building is well maintain, you can see cleaners working everyday, staff is very helpful. Very decent speed of the broadband, up to 50mb. On site gym is perfectly equipped. Highly recommended!"
