"Really unprofessional. I would describe the staff as snotty and pretentious. I feel that they look down on ethnic minorities and may need unconscious bias training. It appears that this is the latest version of the shambolic “Passion for Property” that used to rip off vulnerable tenants with made up “admin fees” (which are now illegal) They appear not not like free speech and the owner Tim threatened legal action against a friend of mine simply for posting an honest and true opinion."
