"We often travel to Chester to see family and friends. We were recommended CLS by friends who live in the area for a holiday let. The apartment was located in the heart of the city with everything on the doorstep. The apartment itself was very well equipped, clean, spacious and cosy. The views from the window look out onto the famous rows. It’s surprising how quite it is at night considering the hustle and bustle Going on around. We will only use CLS and they are very responsive to messages. We plan to travel up again soon and look forward to our home from home! Thank you."

"Estate agents are one of my least favourite companies to deal with. HOWEVER, we had a really good experience with CLS from start to finish when we purchased a house. The viewings for the property were very well conducted, even though we had 3 in total, and Nic (the agent) said all the right things. He allowed us time to wander around on our own too which is a nice change from having an agent breathing down your neck. He knew the answers to most questions, and got the answers for other questions within minutes after he phoned the office. They didn't harass us for valuation details and mortgage offers, and always replied to emails quickly. Very professional, not pushy, and a nice bottle of champers when we collected keys.
