"Couldn’t fault yourplace at all! They’ve been so helpful and friendly and we love the house so much that we’ve stayed here for 2 years! Any repairs that have needed doing have been dealt with so quickly (not that there has been many!). Definitely would recommend yourplace, they couldn’t have made this experience any better!"
"Mouldy and damp that damaged my long-term respiratory health. Altogether an awful year with them and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Mould sprouting from walls, carpets and furniture for the entire tenancy. Argue with the staff all you like, the most emotive and least condescending communication you'll get out of them is if you leave them a poor review on google. Spent a good 10 months trying to be taken seriously about the black, green and blue mould in every room of the house (likely began in the leaky outhouse/makeshift laundry room with leaks that was always fun to do washing in during winter). Go anywhere else if you can. No pictures in this review because apparently my last one with pictures from August 2020-June 2021 were inaccurate, sorry guys!"
"When I got there one wall was covered with mould which I’d been assured had been fixed over the summer. They then took 2 months to fix this. On top of that there were constantly earwigs and slugs in my room despite the builders saying there were no faults in the wall. Absolutely would not recommend."
