"DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! I don't even know where to start from !! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We ordered our sofa on the 16th July. Tan and Chandni were the ones helping us in store. When we arrived to the store, we were hopeless as we were searching for a specific sofa bed and apparently this place told us thet can make it happen. We've been told that the mattress will have 135cm width and we were happy about it. 5 weeks later the nightmare has started. We received a faulty sofa bed and the mattress was only 113-114cm width. I email customer service straight away and they advised me yk go to the store and speak with them. I drove 40 min with a baby just to be told that only CS can take decisions on this situation. Tan admited that the mattress was supposed to be 135cm and admittef the fault on the sofa ( as per our pictures). At the beggining, we were happy for them to get it fixed only if they could change the mattress size as well, however they said the size is correct and they cannot do anything about it, unless the store team member send them an email admitting the mistake.I called Tan to ask him to send the email and what do you think? He didn't want to admit it anymore and he pointed out that there was a gap in our conversation and that I'm trying to put the blame on him. At that point I just told them to come and collect it as it's faulty and doesn't match the description we've been given. It's been a month and I still have the sofa as they just find excuses saying that an inspection needs to be done before taking a decision. This is the worst customer service ever, they never pick up the phone, they don't reply to emails and when asking to speak with a Manager, guess what? There is no one available. Never, ever in my life gone through such a stresfull situation and I ask everyone reading my review to avoid buying from them. I never leave negative reviews, but it's my duty to do it on this occasion. I'm attaching pictures of the sofa."
