"Up date on ill treatment from wvht i was flooded out 18th December 2022 am under the list as vulnerable called to tell them empty nextdoor was flooding in to my bungalow was told lads been working all day he will be out tomorrow 1045 next day came out turned water off and left me till now 6 February 2023 still won't come out and help me"
"Would genuinely give them no stars if it was possible. Absolutely awful when it comes to repairs. Never ask for any repairs as we do everything ourselves, but the one time we call and ask we are given lame excuses as to why it isn't classed as an emergency appointment. Also, had a 2 day appointment to sort our back garden out. Comes to the day the appointment is due, and once again given a pathetic reason and told we have to wait till 2023/2024. Would not recommend Weaver Vale to anyone. Awful housing association"
"Can't fault weaver Vale enough, brilliant, caring, compassionate landlords. Big shout out for Robbie who has been and painted a bedroom with thermal paint. Chatty, friendly man, very efficient, an asset to your company! he's actually cheered me up on a dreary day! Thankyou Robbie!"
"When we had the storms back in February I contact them to advise, I am a neighbour to a house they manage and told them that the fence has fallen down and needs to be sorted asap due to the fact I have my nephews often and a dog… they advise it won’t be sorted until April!!!!! I contact them yesterday and spoke to a rude girl to which she says she can’t tell me when it’s getting fixed but there is a note to mention the issues!! The fence has already fell a few times as it’s stood for privacy with a bench to try and hold it in place… I have random bits of wood and nails that I have to pick up all the time so my nephew doesn’t hurt himself! It has fallen a few times but lucky he wasn’t in the garden but we are now approaching warmer weather so he’s going to want to be in the garden more… if the fence falls on him best believe I will take this further, it’s something so simple for them to put a new fence panel in but they can’t be Arsed to do it!! I’ve also asked for a manager to call me back because I want it sorted but I’m still waiting for that!!!!"
