"Really struggled with them. Went for a local solicitors so I could go in if needed. Used them for conveyancing on a property which I will admit wasn't as simple as it should have been fair few complications, however as part of these complications I asked questions to understand about them and routes forward, felt like I was talking to a brick wall, very little to any response on any of the questions, just telling me what they wanted to push things forward and ultimately contributed to my decisions to leave the purchase."
