The next thing I know I have a telephone call at 07:45 saying they're outside the office with the missing parts. I had to dash to the office and make alternative arrangements for the school run last minute thanks to these guys. I gave them 2 stars because they said "sorry" when I complained, but I would not recommend ordering from them again."
