"I couldn’t be happier with Really Well Made. I’ve bought a couple of Hay sofas and other furnishings via Lewis and the team, and from the off it’s been a smooth experience - and this is despite the pandemic and war in Ukraine having a tangible impact on things. The whole time, communication has been clear and concise, prices have been the most competitive and service is exemplary (when others stocking similar brands haven’t achieved the same). I heartily recommend them."

"An unnecessarily stressful experience. I thought online shopping was supposed to be simple and easy, not the case here. After purchasing 6 x towels I get an email saying their inventory is incorrect and they only have 4. I am offered unsuitable alternatives, there is back and forth, and then ‘oh we found them after all.’ Unnecessary stress. Then they send my parcel to THE WRONG ADDRESS! The DPD delivery photo showed a complete stranger had received my parcel. Of course I feared that he might keep it/not answer the door etc. I had to go this stranger’s house to try and find my parcel. Not happy. Luckily, he refused it. I emailed and the response made no acknowledgement of their mistake, instead a kind of toxic apology that I hadn’t received it the way I had requested (to collect from a shop.) I finally received them (well packaged, items as expected) but not without a lot of back and forth, which if things had been done correctly in the first place wouldn’t have been needed. For all the unnecessary stress, this rates as my worst online shopping experience ever, and that is down to the incompetence of the staff."

"The service I've received has been great. I had an idea of the dining set I was after but took a while to hone in on final finishes. I never felt rushed or under pressure to make a decision and every tedious request for samples was followed through; every email answered promptly. Even the after sales service was attentive! I'm so used to email threads trailing off and having to constantly follow up on requests so I'm v happy with Lewis and RWM and have continued to use them for all my furniture needs."
