"I wasn't familiar with the brand before my first visit to the store but I immediately was impressed with the selection and the service! I was served by Frank who was attentive and very patient with all my questions. At no point I felt I was pushed for sale and our conversation continued over the email and number of calls where Frank looked at different solutions to meet my needs. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If i could suggest a small improvement then it would be to move to the electronic form of signing, I had to come back to the store to sign physical documents that are required to purchase a customized sofa. I feel in today's day and age electronic form should be an option. After signing the documents, I received a cleaning pack and a than an email from the store manager. I am now patiently waiting to receive my sofa! I would recommend this place!"
