"Poor staff and service. One of the staff suggested that we take their Sleepmatch test, but she quickly left, stating that she had a previous customer to service and would return to us VERY SOON (havent' seen her since). Another member of staff assisted her customer with this test. She removed our testing results directly without asking and said we were wasting other customers' time."

"I came into dreams to buy a bunk bed for my daughters and was given amazing customer service from one of the staff members I think he’s name was Ali. Really professional lad with exceptional customer service skills helped pick the perfect bunk beds with a very nice and soft mattress. Overall, great experience will be returning."

"We bought a mattress £1,300 on 14th November and pillows £300. We were told that we can change them if are not matching to us until 2 months! So I went exactly the same day to change the pillows because there were very big for me (as I have problem with my neck) the lady there told me that I wasn’t able to get refund of £300 and I have to buy something else which I was not untested to. So I was forced in a way to buy something if I wanted some of my money back! However, ELISABETH told us that we can change them when ever I like. Which NEVER happened! After a lot of discussions and the other lady gave as a refund of £200 but still I had to buy sth with £100.. VERY DISAPPOINTED! They try to sell but they don’t do what they promise!!!! Today on 29th of November I received the mattress SUPER KING, but it’s very big for my bed as I want KING. I called them and THEY TOLD ME THAT I CANNOT EXCHANGE IT ! ONLY THE SAME SIZE I CAN! What’s the point changing it with the same size ? This guy transferred me costumer support I was waiting for them to pick up the phone for 42 min! And when a lady responded and I explained what happened she told me that the store should refund me the money from the pillows as were not used. The other lady that didn’t want to do it has do be well trained! Was NOT Elisabeth. Was another one and I don’t remember her name - she wasn’t helpful at all. However, Elizabeth was great but was desperate to sell and promise things that the store is not able to do. Be careful when you buy something from this specific store."

"Great store with exceptional customer service. The staff are real professionals in helping you choose your perfect mattress. Just beware of being served by the store manager who until I complained continued to mislabel the ‘Therapur 4200’ mattress as ‘Firm’ when it is actually ‘Medium’, in a bid to increase sales as more customers are looking for ‘Firm’"
