"Not Impressed Booked a taxi for ASAP at 11pm they said it would be 10-15 minutes…ended up having to ring 4 times to find out how long it would be 20 minutes after the first call to book it. Finally 45 minutes later the taxi turned up, not using this taxi service again it’s an absolute joke."
"If only there was a 0 rating... 8 out of 10 drivers are rude. 7 out of 10 cars are sticky filthy. the driver this morning hasn't even had a meter running, charged me a tenner for a £6-7 journey, probably the near death experience (oncoming vehicle had to abruptly steer out of our way as my driver just turned onto a main road without observation) was charged as extra... not once will I use them again"
