"Had a bad experience at first because of a dodgy courier issue. Sorted it out in the end with a partial refund(which I'm awaiting). Would shop again if the shop was closer but with it being 174 miles away it would probably get damaged again. Other than that great customer service even when I've shouted abuse at them they listened and sorted the problem out."

"Took order from me although product wasn't in stock. Pretended to have refunded me. Took me a month to get my money back. Con man!!!! Be very aware!!! Same furnishings available at local High Street. Definitely go there instead. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!"

"Saw a modern coffee table at a good price. Never bought anything from this company before. I went ahead with the order. Delivery was so quick. I forgot to put discount code when I ordered. They were happy to apply it after delivery and set up when I emailed them. Really impressive company."

"I have given 1 because I had no choice, I wanted to leave a review. Bed broke after 2 months. Sent a replacement part, it broke again. Poor quality bed, I have another bed like this from a different company and no issues with quality. They would not replace bed or give refund. Bed not even a year old. They said it was through negligence. That's a laugh. I used it once a week to store a few things. I'm not a big lady, only 5ft 4 and less than 10 stone so how did I manage to break it through negligence????? Do not buy from this company."
