Mel at Neatsmith was lovely, gave us ideas, was very patient as I went back and forth with her multiple times about my idea and her customer service was impeccable. She was very thorough and always answered any questions I had. Katie from Neatsmith was also great, customer service once again impeccable, provided us with all the information on a timely manner. Unfortunately, I cannot for the life of me remember the gentleman who came to fit the wardrobes but his work was absolutely perfect. He would come, tackle the wardrobe on his own, wouldn't disturb us at all but his eye for detail was honestly very good. All in all, I am very pleased and happy with the final wardrobe in my room. It was something I had wanted to get done for a very long time and it is very pleasing to see finally in action, just how I had envisioned it.
