"Bought a rug and so helpful and helped to car, amazing value xx"
"Fantastic furniture store, found a few gems, well laid out, and very friendly & helpful staff"
"Great staff, great furniture well priced very helpful"
"Some great finds here. We bought this chair and revived it with new covers. It is now one of the most comfy chairs in the house. An excellent local resource and a great way to recycle, reduce your consumption and support a very necessary charity. What's not to like?"
"Large store with big selection so worth a trip. but bargains unlikely as they want top prices for their donations. Maybe slightly cheaper & the stock (which is obviously free) would turnover faster?? Win : Win Staff not at all friendly or helpful when I've tried to donate. Instead of using up their valuable collection service, as I have a large car, I thought I'd drop it off. 1st time told me they were full & to come back in a week (as if I'm going to drive around with a car full of furniture for a week) 2nd time, they had room. But when I asked for assistance as it was awkward rather than heavy, I was told to come back in 4 days when "a boy" works & could help. I was going to struggle in from car & thought "why bother" so took to Banardos who were delighted to receive it & helped without even being asked."
