"Arinza apartments more like Disaster apartments. Arrived at this dump on Saturday as we were attending Liverpool Vs Chelsea at Anfield only to be told that they don't do stays anymore, eventhough we spent €480 on flights and one night stay. The owner was extremely rude and did not care about our situation and told us to leave the building, leaving us stranded the whole night plus missing the first half of the game. If I could rate this dive 0/5 I would. Avoid at all costs"

"Accidentally left my coat and spare car keys there in a wardrobe. Drove back to get them but the staff had stolen my keys, despite telling me they had them only the day before. Electrically dangerous as well with bare wires hanging out of the wall. Too far out of the centre of town to be convenient One to avoid."

"Ok for a over night stop and if we didn't have our young kids with us then we would have walked to the docks. Large apartment needed a bit of paint and bit of a clean but can't really moan at £79 for a night for 2 bedrooms. Secure parking; carpark small but plenty of parking on street outside. Don't have a ground floor apartments near the front as we were next to the front door which slammed shut and which would wake you up early as seemed to be a lot of people coming and going late at night and early in the morning, I think apartments are used regularly by working people. I think upstairs would be quieter. Well equipped but dustpan and brush had spoon instead of brush!! See photo. Towels and linen supplied, you just need a tea towel! My son found bed settee just about ok for one night. There is a small shop right next door. The useful thing was the guy on site , who always answered the phone when I rang him with questions, and communication was good as they rang me to check when I was arriving as originally I was going to arrive early and leave car there before going to the city centre but I changed my mind but didn't let them know; but they doubled checked with me on the day ; so seem on the ball!"

"The apartment is relatively well situated and close to where we needed to be. The facilities were ok. TV doesn't seem to work and WiFi was hit and miss. Can't say I'm massively disappointed as I didn't book it with the highest expectations."
